Who Can Apply:
The McCammon Voice Competition is open to an international pool of artists actively working toward a professional opera career.
All applicants must submit recordings of two (2) opera arias representing contrasting styles and languages. The recordings must have been made within the last year, and may be with piano or live orchestral accompaniment (proof of permission to use the orchestral recording must be supplied upon request).
From the applications, up to 10 contestants will be chosen to participate in the final round.
If selected as a finalist, artists will submit a list of five opera arias for the competition rounds (these arias do not have to be the same as submitted with the application).
An accompanist will be provided for the competition.

How to Apply:
All applicants must submit applications through YAP Tracker by January 20, 2023.
All applicants must include the following materials:
Resume - include education/training information, roles performed and where, otherResume
professional experience (concerts and awards)
Proof of Age - driver's license, birth certificate or passport
Recording of two opera arias - in contrasting styles and languages, made within the previous year
All applications must be submitted online through YAP Tracker.
A panel of internationally acclaimed and recognized judges will judge the semifinal round and the final round.

Those who are selected as finalists will be notified by the end of February, 2023
Each contestant selected for the finals will receive a $250 travel stipend
Housing will be provided for all contestants
Transportation to all venues will be provided by the McCammon Voice Competition
